Expansion Format
Established/Current Teams
Every established team will be able to protect 20 players.  You will need to list your remaining players in order of preference to add to the protected list once a player is drafted from your team.

If you don't send a list of players to protect.  The Commissioner will use the following method.
All 8 players from the starting lineup, 1 from your bench, all 5 pitchers from your rotation, top 3 pitchers from the bullpen, and 3 players from AAA that the Commissioner chooses.

Every time an unprotected player is drafted from your team, you'll be able to protect an additional player.  But, if you don't send in a list you lose this right.

If a team loses 5 or more players to the expansion draft they will receive $1 Million.

Expansion Teams
The expansion teams will be included in the lottery for the rookie draft and each expansion team will have 1 supplemental pick after the World Series Champions pick.  Expansion team with the smallest population numbers will determine 2nd round order.

The expansion draft will be 24 rounds and held after the file is turned over.  But, before the rookie draft and before free agent bidding.

Each expansion team will start with $15 Million.

One stadium comfort setting will be set to Average, one set to Good, and one set to Excellent.  The stadium statistics will resemble actual stadium settings according to Ballparks.

Teams will start with an "A-" Fan Loyalty
