1927 World Champions

Braves

Manager: Scott Manning

1926 saw the end to a phenomenal owner in Tom Chase. After winning four straight championships, 1924 and 1925 brought us two new champions. But in his farewell season he wouldn't be outdone as he took his 5th championship. Hopefully we will see him again in the near future competing with us (then again, maybe not! LOL. All of us might have a shot at winning it all now!) Surprisingly the very weak NL Central saw its division winner, the Cincinnati Reds, win it with an incredible 70-84 record. Yes, you see it right, a whopping 14 games below .500!! The NL also saw its hitting streak record broken and the player who did so holds the record overall for now.
