The annual draft of amateur players will be conducted on the league message board.

The draft order will be determined by the Mogul game, except where draft picks have been traded from one team to another.

Each owner has 18 hours to make his pick. If an owner fails to make any pick within 18 hours, he will pass and the next owner can pick. The owner who passed can come in at any later time and make his pick. In the case of two owners picking the same player, the time of the posted message will determine which team gets the player in question.

When a team owner makes his pick, he should post it on the message board and immediately email the league commissioner and the next owner in the draft order.
